Refund Policy

No refunds on digital goods once purchase is made unless it’s a company error (Our Fault)

There are no refunds on digital goods (Subscription/Downloads) due to the non-tangible nature of its content. Once purchased and the order is processed, it is the buyers responsibility to obtain the necessary third party tools to download and install our app on any device. We will not issue any refunds simply because buyer changes their mind or has difficulties installing our app. (It is reccomended that buyer has minimal computer skills in order to download and install the application)


To complete your return of a PROBE TV tangible device sold on our website, simply mail back the device along with customer name and billing address. Customer is soley responsible for return shipping cost.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your Device return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will assist you with the exchange process.


Our products are shipped within 24-48 Hours after payment clears using the following carriers: USPS .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Outgoing shipping costs on exchanged items from our facilities are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
